A brief sex scene starts this poignant, very well done Canadian drama about doomed love. In this case, it's the love between a brother and sister. The film is not exploitative but examines its subject very seriously. If you have ever loved the wrong person but were unable to break up the relationship, then you know how painful such situation can be.
