Diary of a nymphomaniac is a film about a girl with insatiable sexual lust. For her, sex is a way of life. In that, she is not alone.

What puzzles me is: why is the character a French girl? Is it a tribute to nudity in French cinema? Is it because there is so much nude French actresses in films that the words "French" and "sluts" are nowadays automatically associated together? To all those questions, I don't give a fuck. When one has nothing significant to say, one tends to rant and ramble. It's called "filler".

Back to the tits. For such a promising subject, the sex scenes are disappointingly unexplicit. Boobs and other female body parts are shown frequently but not long enough.

Nice but not great.

I have seen some excellent movies from Portugal. This is not one of them. The acting is not bad but the whole film is boring and uninspired.

Portuguese model and actress Cláudia Vieira is damn hot, though. Too bad her nude scenes are too...economical and fail to save the film.

Look is a drama film with an idea: it's shot entirely from the perspective of security cameras. It does a great job of stimulating the perverted, voyeuristic nature hidden inside each and everyone of us, although I am fairly sure sexual stimulation is not the true purpose of the film.

There is a nice scene of two girls in a changing room. And the male stripper scene near the end is pretty funny.
