Another good French erotica by a master of the genre, Max Pécas himself. The nudity is not very explicit and there is a not a lot of sex either but worth watching for the beautiful, nekkid femmes in it.

There is one very valuable thing you can learn in this film: if ever you become uninterested in sex and your marriage risks coming apart because of it, do not waste your time and money on a therapist. Don't try adultery either, that way lies costly divorce. Try falling down an elevator shaft instead. Yes, you read that right. Then you'll be be burning with sexual desires. You see, in Je Suis Une Nymphomane, our heroine falls down an elevator shaft, wakes up and becomes a nymphomaniac. Her fiancee isn't very happy about it. That's just the way male mentality works: men love to fool around with a slut but they don't want to marry one.

I hope someone would make movie called "I Am A Genophobic Nymphomaniac". Now that would be something to see.

Furia is the first feature length movie from director Alexandre Aja, responsible for the excellent Haute Tension and The Hills Have Eyes (a remake that turned out to be even better than the original).

I haven't watched it yet but it looks interesting. I am saving it for a rainy night when I have nothing else to watch.

Are you self-hating and suicidally-inclined? Need inspirations for ways to off your miserable self? You may want to watch La Grande Bouffe (1973). It's a comedy/drama about four men who gather for a big weekend of feasting and whoring. Their ultimate goal: eating themselves to death, literally. Apparently, this art house flick stirred controversy when it premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 1973. But that was back then. Nowadays, if I was to show this film to my 12-year-old cousin, he would just shrug and say "What is the deal?". Kids these days. When I was 12, there was no porn, no computer so I usually jerked-off while watching my aunt taking a shower. Those were the days, my friend.

If the feminist bitches get ahold of this obscure French movie, they're gonna be very pissed. The title is Femmes, which is Japanese for women, and the whole film is just about attractive femmes either being in the nude or in the process of having sex. In a word, women equals sex. I could picture watching this film with my non-existing feminist girlfriend and she would be like "What the fuck? Is that all that the word 'women' means? We're nothing but sex objects?" And, obligingly, I would be like "Of course not, honey, you know I don't think that way. Fucker who made this stupid movie should be taken out back and shot multiple times in the balls. What a sexist bastard!!". A wise man always knows when to lie.

Unfunny jokes aside, Femmes is a rather boring erotica filled with nudity and sex. It's about this guy who is a serial fornicator. He visits an island where his old girlfriend is living. Then he bangs her. Bang bang bang! And then he bangs her daughter, too. Bang bang bang! Then he figures "why stop at that?" so he goes and bangs a lesbian couple also. Insert more bangs here. My hero!

Not the greatest example of French erotica, but worth a watch for all the beautiful, naked women.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Sometimes, you can't judge a movie by its poster either. Case in point: Paris, France (1993). The poster makes it look like just another erotic movie and that was my initial impression, too. Heck, I only downloaded it because of the poster - I was sure to get some tits. Then, while cutting out the first nude scene, I heard the woman's narrative voice-over and was intrigued so I tried to watch it and well, turned out it's a not so bad comedy-drama about this chick who is a writer. She has been suffering from a prolonged writer's block so she decides to find her lost creativity via sexual activities. Great idea, chick! If anything, it gives the movie a good excuse to show many sex scenes. None of it was designed to be erotic, because, like Catherine Breillat's Romance (1999), this is a film about sexuality and such films are rarely erotic.

Paris, France is not the greatest movie ever made on the subject of sexuality, but it has its moments and some witty dialogue.

Lots of nudity and somewhat graphic sex. The B&W scenes depict Lucy's sexual fantasies.
Warning: there is a man on man sex scene at the end.
