Mermaids of Tiburon (1962) A sea of tits awaits you!!

When I was a child, after reading The Little Mermaid, I used to fantasize about being lost at sea then rescued by a bunch of naked mermaids. Little did I know someone has made a movie about beautiful, bare-chested mermaids long before I was born.

The plot: a man goes looking for a sunken treasure and finds out it's guarded by beautiful, topless mermaids.

The movie is filled with amazing seascape imagery enhanced by luscious, bare-breasted women.

Inquiry minds will want to know a few things, such as: why do mermaids wear thongs? Is it to keep the little fishes from hiding in the wrong cave, maybe? Do the mermaids take their panties off when they answer the call of nature? A mystery that, sadly, went unresolved.

And another thing: why is it that the other mermaids have legs but the Queen's got a fishy tail? Curiouser and curiouser.

Also, it seems that being Queen gives you exclusive right to the only pair of bra in the undersea kingdom. That means no tits from the Queen :(

The lead mermaid is played by Gaby Martone, a real cutie with great boobies.

Interesting fact: the original version of The Mermaids of Tiburon featured noted pin-up model Diane Webber as the queen of the mermaids, complete with a fishy tail; when the movie failed to do much business, director John Lamb added new footage in which the queen is joined by a bevy of other underwater beauties, who mysteriously have legs but also swim topless through the ocean depths. The nudie version of Mermaids of Tiburon was also distributed under the title The Aqua Sex.

The clip (cut from the sexed-up version, Aqua Sex) contains about 15 minutes worth of great underwater nudity. The Mermaids of Tiburon are beckoning, so come take a swim in this wonderful sea of tits.
