Eccentric black comedy from Peter Greenaway (when has he ever made a non-eccentric film?). It's about 3 immoral women who share two things in common: they all have the same name and they all drown their husband. There are number appearing in sequence throughout the film, thus, Drowning by numbers. But what is the meaning of it? Who the fuck know, except Peter Greenaway? He's got a seriously twisted mind, for sure, and trying to understand him would drive dumb guy like me insane so it's better to just enjoy the tits, is all I am saying.
