La belle noiseuse (1991) is arguably the quintessential French skin flick. No other non-porn movie, even among the French ones, ever showed this much skin from a mainstream (and very talented) actress before or since.
La Belle Noiseuse is a 4-hour movie about...the process of painting. According to the person who wrote the IMDB summary: "It is a struggle for truth, life and sense, and the question where the limits of arts are or whether art is limitless." Be that as it may, what makes this a must-see is the fact that la belle Emmanuelle Béart spends a good 30 minutes of the movie being stark naked. Sure, it's all art and not meant to be sexually provocative, but try not to be provoked when you see her in a submissive position or when those perky tits are staring you in the face.
It also proves that the lucky old painter, Edouard Frenhofer, was indeed a man of great self-control, for he spends the whole 4 hours not showing any sign of be aroused by that naked beauty. Either he got self-discipline down to an art, or it was simply because they didn't have Viagra back then.
Note: this is an upgrade of the previous clip. Unfortunately, while the video picture is excellent, the audio is Russian-dubbed, which proves to be really annoying and distracts one from admiring Emmanuelle's natural beauty. I couldn't mix the French audio from the original movie to the new rip because they have different frame rates. Therefore, I replaced the Russian audio track with sensuous instrumental music. So sit back, relax, let your soul flow with the music while your blood flows south.
