Cadavres is the new horror flick from Quebecker Erik Canuel, responsible for 2006's crowd-pleasing comedy Bon Cop, Bad Cop. It stars two of Canada's BEST talents: Patrick Huard and Julie LeBreton.
Cadavres is a bizarre and hallucinating tale of gory murders and incestuous desires, filled with gross-out humor. It is a horrifying, nervously funny tale of two psychologically challenged siblings. The brother "assists" the mother in her suicide, then calls up his sister to help him with the burial.
This pretty and pretty messed-up sister likes to walk around the room either stark naked or in her undies, an act that apparently has no other purpose than to give her brother a huge hard-on (see screenshots). But she goes berserk when he tries to stick it to her. Some women, can't understand them, can't kill them without getting caught. You can try and get them passed out drunk, though - best way to spend money on booze.
I didn't expect greatness from this movie so I wasn't disappointed when it didn't turn out to be a masterpiece. It is, however, a lot of fun. Quebeckers in particular should be delighted to see Julie LeBreton nude.
