You probably never heard of a woman being described as "comatosely beautiful" before, but that exactly is what Leonor Watling is in this humane, heart-wrenching, thought-provoking and occasionally cock-rising tale of two men caring for their loved ones who are in a coma. Hable con ella aka Talk to Her (2002) won an Oscar for Best Screenplay, and multiple other awards. It is also, I believe, the first movie to illustrate total, absolute, full vaginal penetration.
