Hi,
I have downloaded both parts and extracted. Everything was fine.
Please try again. Maybe try downloading part 1 from RS and part 2 from MU. Weird errors sometimes call for weird solution :)

Did you put in the password?
You are the only one reporting this problem, besides as I said, I downloaded and checked and the files extracted just fine, so the problem is on your end, I am fairly sure.
