This movie is abou an 11 years old boy who lives in a brothel. From that premise, you can probably guess that the film is about sexual awakening and stuff but really the plot is just a pretext to show lots of naked women. And sex.

An innocent young boy is vengefully returned to his mother by a financially, bitter grandmother. Anna decides to have her son, Hugo, live with her in a luxurious brothel. He is at first intimidated, but the beautiful enticing girls of the house find his naiveté enchanting, and slowly they help him adjust to this strange atmosphere. Hugo watches with curiosity all that goes on around him, until his increasingly erotic fantasies drive him to exploration...to share his love with the person who is closest to him.
This full version release is an official DVD release (non DVD-R) and a direct transfer from the original 35mm print! This film, when discovered, landed Xuxa in a lot of trouble because of her seduction scenes with 11-year-old Marcelo Rebeiro (Xuxa is the woman dressed in the white bear suit). If you're not aware, Xuxa was a huge television star in Brazil a number of years ago...a children's TV star! When she became famous it is rumored that she purchased every available copy of this movie in Brazil (at that time) and had them destroyed. Oh, if Xuxa only knew what would become of this cult classic.
Prior to Love Strange Love, Marcelo Ribeiro appeared in two other films, Pecado Horizontal and Eros, O Deus do Amor, also very "sexual" films. Love Strange Love was Marcelo's his last movie (gee, wonder why). Marcelo is now in his 30's and works as a computer technician, but purportedly would like to return to acting.
