Fotografando Patrizia is yet another great erotica from director Salvatore Samperi (Malizia, Scandalo, Nenè). Here is the summary from IMDB:

The sexual relationship between a successful woman and her brother, an introvert, hypochondriacal youth, who is also a pornophile.

I looked up "hypochondria". It is a belief that real or imagined physical symptoms are signs of a serious illness, despite medical reassurance and other evidence to the contrary.

So the introvert brother spends his days imagining himself getting all kind of diseases while watching porno and occasionally spying on his sister when she is in bed with her fiancee. According to Goodman Ace, "The best cure for hypochondria is to forget about your body and get interested in someone else's." The brother must have heard Goodman Ace, 'cause he gets real interested in sister's body, something she absolutely doesn't mind.

The dvd-rip I got has no subtitle so I just watched the "interesting" parts. I must say there are some very erotic scenes here. Having watched Scandalo, I expected nothing less from director Salvatore Samperi.
